Production has begun in Atlanta, Georgia on Shudder's Creepshow series, which will feature special effects master Greg Nicotero as director on a few episodes. We've received some info today on the first episode, titled “Survivor Type”, Production Weekly details:
“Shipwrecked on a desert island, Richard Pine reflects on his life and does the unthinkable in order to survive.”
The new Creepshow series, scheduled to debut on Shudder this year, will fulfill the promise of the original film's tagline “The Most Fun You'll Ever Have Being Scared.” Each episode of the anthology series will tell original fun and scary stories, and will be helmed by a different director. We hear that each episode with feature two stories.
