iNation 20th Anniversary Announcements - Gothfather, Widget, STEPHEN29

The iNation 20th Anniversary DJ announcements

With just a few weeks until their twentieth anniversary, The iNation in Bowling Green, OH has revealed three of its special guests on Wednesday, April 24th, as the legendary industrial/goth night celebrates twenty years of freaks, fun, and fashion. Their Facebook page promises much more to come soon, but these three confirmations are enough to catch the attention of even the most distant OGs of the Wednesday night tradition.

First comes The Gothfather, founder of IGUN (Industrial Gothic Underground Night), the predecessor to what we now know as The iNation. Having Gothfather on the bill ensures a bevy of classic industrial tracks sure to move even the most cemented of feet. It would not be a celebration of two decades of freakdom without the OG of IGUN.

Second, comes former iNation resident Widget, best known for her monthly residency at Toledo’s Broken Glass. The subject of the longstanding Widget Wednesdays returns to The iNation with her flavors of electro swing, EBM, and industrial tunes that have filled many a dance floor in her time.

Finally, Cincinnati’s own STEPHEN29 returns to The iNation Anniversary, becoming the first non-resident DJ to make a return appearance at an Anniversary event. His leadership of the long-established Darkotica will open the floodgates for our Southern Ohio counterparts and all of the madness they may bring.

These three will join resident DJs Havok, AudioFlesh, and Darks Choir for what promises to be an epic night for the underground. More announcements are coming soon, so those interested should keep tabs on The iNation Facebook page for more news.

Liquid Bar (formerly Skybar) is the home of The iNation, and can be found at 238 N. Main Street in Bowling Green, OH. Cover for The iNation 20th Anniversary will be $5 across the board, and dress code is to be in full effect. On regular Wednesday nights, cover is free for those 21 and older, with a $4 cover for those ages 18-20.
