Netflix has thus far released two seasons of the series "The Toys That Made Us," and we've learned this week that both seasons of the acclaimed series will be released on DVD on May 7th through Screen Media.
The 8-episode documentary series focuses on the history of important toy lines. The first four episodes focus on the Star Wars, He-Man and G.I. Joe toy lines with subsequent episodes featuring LEGO, Transformers, Hello Kitty, and Star Trek.
The 2-disc set will include previously unreleased bonus footage.
Brian Volk-Weiss, the founder of Comedy Dynamics, created the nostalgia-fueled series.
