Mystery, intrigue, and suspense await as The Haunted Hydro introduces a first time ever Escape the Hydro weekend this Friday and Saturday, June 21st and 22nd. This comes ahead of the landmark 30th season of the iconic haunt, located in Fremont, OH along the Sandusky River. The Haunted Hydro itself, a repurposed hydroelectric plant built in the early 20th century, will play host to a one-hour escape room challenge inspired by the popular SCP Foundation, a fictional organization dedicated to containing creatures which violate natural law.
Groovy.
At a cost of $25 per person, groups of up to 10 people can book a one-hour time slot for the main attraction and escape the Haunted Hydro before the creatures take over and wreak havoc. In addition to the one-hour challenge, the three five-minute escape rooms, including the brand-new challenge Summoning, will be available for play for $5 per person per play. This weekend will be perfect for those who prefer suspense and thrills, rather than gore and chills.
Will you escape? Or will you be overcome with fear? Remember the words of owner/operator "Crazy" Bob Turner, "Never, ever come alone!"
The Haunted Hydro Dark Attraction Park is located at 1333 Tiffin St. in Fremont, OH. Tickets are available for Escape the Hydro through Hauntpay. For more information, find The Haunted Hydro on social media, or go to www.thehauntedhydro.com.
