Two legends of extreme metal and a modern thrash juggernaut have teamed up to lay waste to European shores in 2020, as Grammy nominated Richmond, VA metallers Lamb of God and German thrash pioneers Kreator will bring a "State of Unrest" across the continent in March and April. Support comes from the Dallas, TX wrecking crew Power Trip. "It’s always a blast when you tour with someone for the first time, so we’re looking forward to hitting the road with Kreator, as well as getting some more hang time with our maniac pals in Power Trip," said Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe. "See ya in March and April!" "Hordes of Europe! It is my pleasure to introduce the ‘State of Unrest’ tour; for too long European and American metal has been divided and now it is time for unity," states Kreator frontman Mille Petrozza. "We are excited to be playing our only European shows of 2020 with the mighty Lamb of God and support from one of my favourite new thrash bands, Power Trip. It’s going to be a wild night of metal celebration – DO NOT MISS OUT!"
Lamb of God's latest studio album, VII: Sturm und Drang, was released in 2015 to global critial acclaim. The band has since released the celebrated The Duke EP in 2016 as well as the cover album Legion: XX under their original name, Burn the Priest, in 2018. Kreator released their current album, Gods Of Violence, in early 2017, marking the band's highest charting effort worldwide. Since then the band has been touring the globe relentlessly. Power Trip also released Nightmare Logic back in 2017 and a compilation album titled Opening Fire: 2008–2014, last year.
