Ten years after the release of Zombieland, Ruben Fleischer‘s sequel Zombieland: Double Tap will reunite the 2009 film’s original stars this October, but before the film arrives in theaters it's headed to this year’s Salem Horror Fest for an advance screening!
The advance will take place on Thursday, October 17th (a day before its theatrical release) at CinemaSalem in Salem, Massachusetts. The film will begin at 8PM. Register for your free tickets today!
In the sequel, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, the Zombie slayers must face off against many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.
Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg and Abigail Breslin will all reprise their roles. Thomas Middleditch, Zoey Deutch, Avan Jogia, Luke Wilson and Rosario Dawson have also joined the cast.
Original film scribes, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, wrote the script. Gavin Polone returned as producer, while Reese and Wernick executive produced.
