Slipknot Short Film 'Pollution' Will Make You Question Your Own Existence [Video]

Slipknot Pollution Short Film

Currently on tour in Europe with the mighty Behemoth, Slipknot have released a 20-minute short film directed by the band's own Shawn "Clown" Crahan, titled Pollution. Watch it below!

"I set out to make a short film that makes you question your own existence, here in this reality," said Crahan. "When you lay down in your bed, next to the one you love, do you ever ask yourself - is it possible that this person could slit my throat while I’m sleeping? Enjoy. Pollution is everywhere."

The bizarre short is broken down in to sections and features marching percussionists with neon-lit drums, humans emerging from slimy cocoons, cells dividing, and several other trippy visuals, mainly centered around reproduction. Pollution eventually segues into the band's previously released video, "Nero Forte," which Crahan also directed.

Slipknot's current tour runs through February, with the band moving onto festivals and Knotfest related shows later in the year, including the inaugural Knotfest at Sea, which sets sail on August 10th from Barcelona, Spain.
