Columbus drag artist Bea Brat released her latest single “Pretty” late last year, with promises of an EP in the near future. While we are still waiting on the EP, the alt-drag artificial icon has given fans something to tide them over: a second version of “Pretty,” this time featuring New York drag / nightlife icon Aja (RuPaul’s Drag Race season 9 and All Stars season 3).
Aja’s verse cuts deep, as her delivery is a focused one. The track clocks in at a minute longer than the original cut, allowing for more time for Bea’s breathy interludes to breathe in between the stanzas about beauty, body image, and “just a nip tuck here, just a nip tuck there.”
