Slithering onto consoles and PC tomorrow, Devolver Digital have unleashed a killer animated launch trailer for their The Thing-inspired "reverse horror" game Carrion.
Carrion is a game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin. Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution.
The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC via Steam and GOG.com on July 23rd. It will also be available to download on Xbox Game Pass.
Limited edition physical versions of the game are currently available to pre-order for Switch owners from Special Reserve Games.
