Erotic H.R. Giger-Inspired Horror Game 'Lust from Beyond' Launches on Steam in September

Lust from Beyond Steam Release Date

After smashing (no pun intended) its Kickstarter goal last year, Movie Games Lunarium’s Lust From Beyond has now been scheduled to launch on Steam on September 24th, as revealed in the game's new trailer.

Set in a unique world inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, H.R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński, Lust from Beyond is a first-person psychological horror with a bold occult and erotic themes that takes place in the same universe as its 2018 predecessor, Lust for Darkness.

A full two months ahead of the release date, you can dive into the gloomy and erotic horror game with the free-to-play Lust from Beyond: Prologue on Steam. The prologue serves as an introduction to the full game and sees you playing as Christopher, who is tormented by visions of a sinister land full of lechery and pain. To learn its secrets, he joins the Cult of Ecstasy, whose members seem to know the answers to his disturbing questions.

As for the main game, it follows Victor Holloway, an antiquarian, who is also tormented by the same visions and he too joins the Cult of Ecstasy. Victor learns the cult's life from within, getting lost in its blasphemous and sexual customs. Pleasures of this world are soon not enough. The cultists, following Victor's visions, attempt to enter Lusst'ghaa - the Land of Ecstasy beyond the borders of our reality.

Open the gate to a realistic world full of desire, fascination and fear this September. Just make sure the kids are asleep!
