Frankenstein Drag Queens from Planet 13 Reissue 'The Late, Late, Late Show' on Vinyl

Before his solo career and half a decade before the creation of the Murderdolls, the iconic Wednesday 13 had formed the Frankenstein Drag Queens from Planet 13, a horror punk band comprised of friends and former Maniac Spider Trash bandmates.

As usual with the Duke of Spook, the band was lyrically inspired by horror B-movies and references in popular culture, and their appearance took cues from acts such as Alice Cooper, New York Dolls and KISS, as they were known to wear dresses and make-up on stage as part of their performance.

Containing eleven tracks of nihilistic and trashy horror punk, the band's debut album The Late, Late, Late Show was written within two weeks of being together, and recorded in just two days. Now, for the first time ever, the album is being reissued on vinyl, thanks to the Italy-based record label Hey Suburbia!

Originally released On Uncle God Damn Records in 1996, The Late, Late, Late Show has been pressed on limited red vinyl and includes a double sided lyrics insert.

Releasing on July 20th, you can pre-order your copy today over on radiationrecords.net!
