Turns out Ohio is a bit more than just corn.
The Buckeye State has its own share of weird, unexplained mysteries, and a new exhibit at the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library and Museum will showcase a number of these oddities. Titled “Ohio: An Unnatural History,” this exhibit features well-known legends such as Bigfoot and Mothman, to lesser-known Native American myths and railroad worker tall tales native to the state.
Featured in the exhibit are several pieces of artwork by Nick Chudzinski, who also serves as curator of the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay. A native of Fremont, Chudzinski sought to bring the tales to life in his paintings.
The exhibit is included in the admission to the museum, and will be displayed until November 1st, 2020. For more information, visit the museum’s website.
