Moris Blak's Latest (And Perhaps Greatest) Remix Is Of Ghostemane's "Hydrochloride"

Industrial bass badass Moris Blak has given us quite the helping of crunchy electro goodness in between installments of his Irregular Revisions remix albums. His latest work is an “unofficial” remix of the Ghostemane banger “Hydrochloride,” from the staggeringly great Anti-Icon (review).

The original song, which was also used as an #NXTLoud theme for TakeOver: WarGames this past December, is a blistering trap-metal meets industrial banger with a scream-along chorus to boot. Infectious and catchy with a ton of bite, the remix takes a mid-tempo electro approach while sacrificing precisely none of the fire that makes the original mix a standout composition.

It’s a slight bit more dance floor friendly, which suddenly feels more important now that we’re approaching the series wrap-up on Pandemia, while maintaining the bass-heavy violence up through its three and a half minute runtime.

The remix is available at this link. Stream it below:
