I noticed a pattern that Night Ranger is re-releasing their albums on vinyl with a special, limited edition color for each! The second studio album by the band, Midnight Madness, is scheduled for release by Culture Factory on January 29, 2021, and will feature an opaque, light blue vinyl record. The first in the collection, Dawn Patrol, was released end of 2020 and it comes with a beautiful transparent purple vinyl record. Dawn Patrol features their hit song that put them on the map, "Don't Tell Me You Love Me", and "Sing Me Away"! I will have to try to get my hands on the Dawn Patrol one, but I definitely didn’t miss the chance for Midnight Madness! The special blue vinyl edition of Midnight Madness is still available for pre-order! There’s a limit of 1000 copies being made, so make sure to get your hands on it! It is available at Amazon or any of your other favorite retailers, such as Culture Factory USA!
Midnight Madness is one of the most iconic albums for Night Ranger and the 80’s decade. Originally released in 1983, it features their biggest hit “Sister Christian”, and some of their other biggest hits like “When You Close Your Eyes” and “(You Can Still) Rock in America”. The album also has high quality photographs of the band in their 80’s prime, and features all the album lyrics too.
Night Ranger is also in the early stages of a new studio album, yet to be named, that is due sometime in 2021 on their record label Frontiers Music SRL! This is a follow-up to their last album, Don’t Let Up, which was released in 2017. From the band’s website, they state, “Our biggest problem is that we have so many songs, we’re trying to figure out which ones to leave off! Rock and Roll baby.”
I know they’ll be eager to try to tour for this as much as possible, as they’ve been playing shows whenever they could in 2020, are set to be playing M3 Rock Festival in Maryland, and even Sweden Rock Festival! Proving that you really can still Rock in America!

I will follow this exciting news
up to say that I will be reviewing each of these beloved albums, and the next few in anticipation for the next releases. The next album up for a colored vinyl re-issue is Seven Wishes, and I already envision and hope there’s a sleek green color for it!
