Back in June, we told you that Devolver Digital's The Thing-inspired "reverse horror" game Carrion would be slithering onto consoles and PC sometime this month, and today we've learned it'll arrive on July 23rd.
Carrion is a game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin. Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution.
The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC via Steam and GOG.com. It will also be available to download on Xbox Game Pass.
A limited edition physical version of the game will be available for Switch owners from Special Reserve Games.
