Rob Zombie Teases New Music is Arriving on Halloween Eve

With Halloween just around the corner, the Hellbilly himself, Rob Zombie, has taken to social media today to announce that he'll be dropping some new music next week!

The image posted features the words, "in 7 days, new Rob Zombie music is coming," meaning we'll be hearing some new music from the musician/filmmaker on Halloween Eve, October 30th!

Zombie's last studio effort was 2016's The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser, so it's high time his long-anticipated follow-up is revealed.

"You will be seeing something soon. That’s all I say. Very, very, very soon. It’s coming very soon… We’re excited. I’m more excited than anyone, that’s for sure," guitarist John 5 told Detroit’s WRIF radio station back in September.

According to Zombie, the album has been complete for quite some time, but the release was put on hold to avoid conflicting with of 3 from Hell's debut. The album was originally planned to come out earlier this year, but we're pretty sure the pandemic delayed its release even further.

"The record’s 100 percent finished," Zombie told Kerrang last October. "It’ll come out early next year. It’s been done for a while, But I didn’t want to put it out while I was dealing with the movie, because it’d just get lost and I wouldn’t have time to deal with it. So now that the movie is — well, I’m still dealing with it, we’re on the phone talking about it, but I’m almost done dealing with it — then we’ll start fresh this year with the music. I think it’s the best record we’ve ever made. We’ve worked on it for a long time. The songs are very catchy, but the structures are way more complex that they’ve been in the past. It’s kind of all over the place. I think the fans are going to love it."

Will this new music be a single from the new album? A cover track, maybe? We'll just have to wait and find out!
