Developer Undead Labs have announced State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition, an expanded and improved version that takes everything you love about State of Decay 2 and adds tons of new content and improvements for veteran and new players alike, which will be headed to Steam for the first time ever on March 13th.
Best of all, this is a free, automatic upgrade for all existing Xbox One owners of State of Decay 2, including all Xbox Game Pass members!
In addition to a wide range of graphical improvements and bug fixes, the Juggernaut Edition will also include a brand-new open world map for players to explore in a rugged logging town named Providence Ridge, a completely rebuilt the post-tutorial experience to better teach players the key facets of playing State of Decay 2, and a new category of two-handed heavy melee weapons. On top of all of this, it will also include the three previously release DLC packs (Independence Pack, Daybreak Pack, and State of Decay 2: Heartland) at no additional cost!
And for all of you who already purchased the DLC or the game's Ultimate Edition, you'll be eligible to receive exclusive in-game gifts just for logging in!
State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition is currently available to pre-order for the low-low price of $29.99. The game will feature cross-network play support and can enjoyed via Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass on PC and Steam.
