Something spooky is coming to North Baltimore, Ohio.
The Curse of Bryerstone, the debut feature film from writer/director Matt Erman and Capture1 Studios, will premiere at Virginia Motion Pictures on Friday, November 6th. The movie will play again November 7th, 13th, and 14th.
According to the Facebook page for The Curse of Bryerstone, “The old West meets the supernatural in this adventure for the ages!”
The western/fantasy film is set in the fictional town of Bryerstone, Ohio. Through a series of strange events, a witch doctor named Razell Withernitch (Justin Duvall) orchestrates the corruption of the town’s civilians through pride, jealousy, and greed. Will the town find a way to fight the villain’s machinations…or will Bryerstone end up a ghost town?
Ava Branson (McKensie Binau), daughter of the local sheriff, must find a way to save her town as those under Razell's spell become horrid creatures of darkness.
The Curse of Bryerstone was filmed over the course of two years, and it features a cast of Ohio actors.
Following its initial theatrical release, the film will be available on Amazon.
