After many years of anticipation, the follow-up to 2016's retro throwback horror hit The Barn will finally see the light of day later this summer!
Writer/director Justin M. Seaman took to social media today to announce The Barn: Part II will have its red carpet premiere at the Hollywood Theater in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Saturday, August 13th.
Cast and crew will be in attendance, including special guest, Dr. Rock himself, Ari Lehman!
Additionally, if you can't make the premiere, The Barn: Part II will have an encore matinee screening on Sunday, August 14th.
Set in 1992, The Barn: Part II takes place three years later and follows the first film's final girl Michelle, who is now in college. However, she is still plagued with the questions of what truly happened after a night of terror that left her friends missing. This years annual haunted house thrown by the sorority girls of Gamma Tau Psi is forced off campus, but thankfully the ban on Halloween has been lifted by the town mayor. Unfortunately for Michelle some uninvited trick or treaters from her past come knocking...
Lexi Dripps, Mitchell Musolino, Will Stout, Ari Lehman and Linnea Quigley return for the sequel that also stars Lloyd Kaufman, Joe Bob Briggs, Diana Prince, Drew Marvick, Julie Anne Prescott and Doug Bradley.
