While we wait for the next chapter in Ellie's post-apocalyptic adventure to continue The Last of Us Part II this June, Sony Entertainment and developer Naughty Dog have revealed nearly 25 minutes of gameplay footage during their most recent State of Play.
In the video, Neil Druckmann, director of the highly-anticipated sequel, provides an extensive look at the gameplay, threats (both human and infected), and world of the game. Watch it below!
The Last of Us Part II will be released for the PlayStation 4 on June 19th.
In the game, "After a vicious and violent event disrupts the relative peace that Ellie has found in Jackson, she sets out to bring justice to those responsible. As she hunts them down one by one, she is confronted with the devastating physical and emotional repercussions of her actions."
