The last we heard, The Punisher's release had been pushed back due to the horrible shootings in Las Vegas. While we will never really know what the original release date was, we do know that the series will launch on Netflix November 17th. Check out the new trailer below, which announced the release date.
Synopsis:
After exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld. Now known throughout the city as The Punisher, he must discover the truth about injustices that affect more than his family alone.
The series is executive produced by showrunner Steve Lightfoot (“Hannibal”), Jim Chory (“Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” “Luke Cage”) and Jeph Loeb (“Daredevil,” “Jessica Jones,” “Luke Cage”), who also serves as Marvel’s Head of Television.
