When I first heard of this remake, of course I was skeptical. "Another remake of one of George A. Romero's beloved zombie masterpieces? But why?" That was the thought in my mind. After seeing this trailer thought, my skepticism has been quelled quite a bit. It looks pretty fantastic...and all of those gore shots! That's the way to my heart. Give it a watch and I'm sure you'll be just as surprised as I was!
Day of the Dead: Bloodline is directed by Hèctor Hernández Vicens and stars Sophie Skelton, Johnathon Schaech, and Jeff Gum. Look for it on VOD beginning January 5th.
