Director Panos Cosmatos' (Beyond the Black Rainbow) new film, Mandy has been acquired by RLJE Films and is scheduled for a theatrical release this summer! The film received fantastic reviews at Sundance Film Festivals and currently stands at a solid 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Synopsis: “Outsiders Red Miller and Mandy Bloom lead a loving and peaceful existence. When their pine-scented haven is savagely destroyed by a cult led by the sadistic Jeremiah Sand, Red is catapulted into a phantasmagoric journey filled with bloody vengeance and laced with fire.”
Mandy stars Oscar-winner Nicolas Cage (Leaving Las Vegas), Andrea Riseborough (Oblivion), Bill Duke (Predator) and Vikings‘ Linus Roache. The film was written by Cosmatos and Aaron Stewart-Ahn.
