Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement, the duo behind one of my favorite horror comedies, What We Do in the Shadows, are expanding upon the film's world with the upcoming television series spin-off “Wellington Paranormal,“ which will focus on the film’s gullible police officers, Mike Minogue and Karen O’Leary.
The series follows a group of police officers investigating paranormal and supernatural cases.
"Wellington Paranormal" will premiere on New Zealand channel TVNZ 2 on July 11th. We'll be sure to keep you updated if and when the series makes it to the States.
