"Even Serial Killers Live Next Door To Somebody" In The New Trailer For 'Summer of &#3

One of my most highly anticipated films of the year is Summer of '84 from the filmmakers behind Turbo Kid [one of my all-time favorite films]. Today, I'm excited to share with you the new trailer for the film, which blends up "Stranger Things", The Goonies, and a bit of The'Burbs for a killer looking '80s throwback!

Synopsis: “The perfect time to be 15 years old and free. But when neighborhood conspiracy theorist Davey Armstrong begins to suspect his police officer neighbor might be the serial killer all over the local news, he and his three best friends begin an investigation that soon turns dangerous.”

Summer of '84 is directed by the filmmaking collective of François Simard, Anouk Whissell, and Yoann-Karl Whissell and stars “Mad Men’s” Rich Sommer and “Riverdale’s” Tiera Skovbye, Graham Verchere, Judah Lewis, Caleb Emery, and Cory Gruter-Andrew.

Summer of ’84 arrives in theaters starting August 10th.
