Today, A24 released the first trailer for the pizza-themed horror comedy, Slice. The trailer features a pretty shitty pizza place that's built on a gateway to Hell, murder, ghosts, witches, werewolves, and a double topping of crooked cops and cheese. Give it a watch, this one looks like a fun time!
"In a spooky small town, when a slew of pizza delivery boys are slain on the job, two daring survivors set out to catch the culprits behind the cryptic crime spree."
“It’s a city where ghosts and humans come together; there’s a ghost town and a regular town,” said producer Brett Hays. “It just kind pokes fun and has fun with those genres.”
Slice is Director Austin Vesely’s first feature film after helming music videos for Chance’s “Sunday Candy” and “Angels.”
Written and directed by Vesely, Slice stars rappers Chance the Rapper and Zazie Beetz, as well as Rae Gray, Paul Scheer, and Joe Keery.
