Wild Boar is an upcoming horror film, helmed by Academy Award winning special make-up effects and character creation artist, Barney Burman (Star Trek, Grimm), in his directorial debut. This looks like one hell of a fun and gory flick! Check out the trailer below!
“Wild Boar follows a small group of treasure seekers, also known as ‘Geocachers’, who trek into to the desert to conquer a Geocache ‘Challenge’. Out in the wild they stumble upon a forbidden world flooded with radiation and inhabited by a race of bloodthirsty mutants who have evolved from pigs.
When a Geocache beacon faintly emits from a forbidden zone, the temptation is too great for Lamb, her boyfriend Wolf, and his brother Turtle to pass up. With their close friends Sable and Griffin, they soon find themselves in a world where they are the prey and swine are the predators.”
The movie stars Augie Duke (Bad Kids Go To Hell, Spring), Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive, Final Destination), Douglas Tait (Star Trek, Thor), Jessica Sonneborn (The House Across the Street, Alice D), Jim Nieb (The Changeling) and Michael Reed (Disco Exorcist, Dark Feed).
