Edited by Dr. Naomi Castro and Peter Podgursky. The cover was designed by graphic artist Josh McKevitt. Original art inspired the by film has been illustrated by: Vee Ladwa, Scotty Richard and Devon Marcel with a foreword by Editor in Chief of Bloody Disgusting, John Squires.
