The deceased king is resurrected and a new evil awakens in Netflix's upcoming original series, "Kingdom," which you're able to preview today in the form of a new teaser trailer and stills.

Directed by Seong-hun Kim and written by Kim Eun-hee, the series is set 600 years ago in Chosun Dynasty-era Korea, where a mysterious plague turns people into something akin to zombies.

Judging by location alone, "Kingdom" looks to be a very unique and fresh zombie tale.

The mystery begins on January 25th, 2019 only on Netflix.
