"American Horror Story: Apocalypse," the eighth season in the long-running anthology series could've easily been the final season, but creator Ryan Murphy is continuing with a ninth and possibly, tenth season.
During his red carpet Walk of Fame ceremony on Tuesday, Murphy spoke with Entertainment Tonight. He was asked if fans can expect to see Cordelia Goode (Sarah Paulson) and her coven of witches to return for Season 9.
“The witches will be back,” he stated. “Not next season, though, but we have something really fun planned.”
Spoiler alert. Not all of the witches survived the ninth season finale. Cordelia, Supreme Mallory (Billie Lourd), Zoe (Taissa Farmiga), Misty Day (Lily Rabe), and Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe) all made it out alive, Madison (Emma Roberts) and Myrtle (Frances Conroy) weren't so lucky.
