Tremors just wouldn't be Tremors without the always-amusing Graboid-hunter Burt Gummer, portrayed by franchise star Michael Gross. The sixth installment in the long-running franchise was released earlier this year and it's very likely we'll be getting another entry next year!
Over on Facebook, Gross has confirmed that he's signed on for Tremors 7.
“Tremors fans will be delighted to know I have just agreed to the terms of a contract for a SEVENTH film,” the actor wrote. “My best estimate is that Burt Gummer will begin his hunt for Graboids and other nefarious forms of wildlife in the fall of 2019.”
While we're still bummed that the Kevin Bacon-led "Tremors" television series never made it off the ground, it is nice to see the franchise continue in feature film form.
