A few upcoming horror titles were announced by UK company 88 Films earlier this week, kicking things off with Green Inferno aka Cannibal Holocaust 2, which will arrive uncut and feature a brand new HD restoration from the original negative with extensive color grading. Part of The Italian Collection, it'll be released on March 11th, 2019.
Next up is Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh, the sequel to Clive Barker's original 1993 shocker, this 1995 follow-up brings the ever-threatening Tony Todd, and his hook-handed bogeyman, back to the big screen but this time in New Orleans. Part of the Slasher Classics collection, this Blu-ray will also arrive on March 11th, 2019.
The company then announced 1981's Cannibal Terror. This infamous "video nasty" arrives remastered in HD from the original negative and will be available on March 25th.
And finally, the last announcement for the day was the 1999 shocker The Rage: Carrie 2, a remarkably riotous and highly-rated follow-up to the classic Brian DePalma original. Also remastered in HD, the Blu-ray will arrive March 25th as well.
