While we still don't have any info on a US release date for director Crispian Mills’ Slaughterhouse Rulez, a new creature feature that stars dynamic duo Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, we recently reported that the monster comedy is headed to UK Blu-ray on March 11th. So if you have a Region Free player, you're in luck!
In the meantime, we do have an awesome behind the scenes video from Millennium FX Ltd. that shows off the practical monsters they created for the film. They’ve named this particular monster “Big daddy beastie,” and he's one of many “sublime subterranean creatures.”
In the film, “Welcome to Slaughterhouse, an elite boarding school where boys and girls are groomed for power and greatness…and they’re about to meet their match. This ancient and ordered world is about to be shaken to its foundations – literally – when a controversial frack site on prized school woodland causes seismic tremors, a mysterious sinkhole, and an unspeakable horror to be unleashed.
