Last year, we learned that Legendary was developing a remake of Troma's flagship title, The Toxic Avenger, and Variety reports this afternoon that Macon Blair is on board to write and direct!
Blair is known for his roles in Blue Ruin and Green Room, he also wrote Netflix’s Hold the Dark and wrote/directed I Don’t Feel At Home in This World Anymore.
