14 years after the conclusion of The Devil's Rejects, Rob Zombie has now finished a sequel to the film, titled Three From Hell, which will bring the Firefly gang back to the screen. We've been (im)patiently awaiting news of the film's release, and we now have an estimated window.
In a recently chat with Sirius XM’s Trunk Nation LA Invasion: Live From The Rainbow Bar & Grill this week (via Blabbermouth), Zombie confirmed that he's now finished the film and it's planned for a Fall 2019 release.
“I had to finish the movie. I just literally finished that two days ago. That’s done. That was taking my life for the last couple of years,” Zombie told Trunk Nation.
He added, “I don’t know for sure [when it will be released]. In the early fall — September vicinity.”
Sheri Moon Zombie returns alongside Moseley and Sid Haig, the cast also includes Danny Trejo, Kevin Jackson, Wade Williams, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Clint Howard, Pancho Moler, Emilio Rivera, Daniel Roebuck, David Ury, Sean Whalen, Dee Wallace, Richard Brake, Bill Oberst Jr., Richard Riehle, Dot-Marie Jones and Tom Papa.
Barry Bostwick and Chaz Bono will also have cameo roles.
