'Final Destination' Creator Jeffrey Reddick Making Directorial Debut With 'Good Samarita

Known for creating the Final Destination franchise, Jeffrey Reddick has also written horror films, such as Tamara, 2008’s Day of the Dead and The Final Wish, and he'll now make his directorial debut with the revenge thriller, Good Samaritan.

As reported exclusively on The Hollywood Reporter, Kourtney Bell (It Follows) and Jeremy Holm (The Ranger, above photo) are starring in the film from Hood River Entertainment. Bell plays a young woman among several witnesses that see a man fatally assaulted in a park and do nothing to intervene. Soon they all find themselves targeted by someone, or something, out for revenge.

Good Samaritan also stars Will Stout ("Daredevil"), Skyler Hart (Cruel Intentions), Jaqueline Fleming (The Tale), Han Soto ("Preacher"), Damon Lipari ("Vice"), Amanda Grace Benitez (All Cheerleaders Die), Stephen Twardokus (Confessions), and Dean West (LBJ).

The film is produced by Andrew van den Houten, Andy Steinman, Roman Dent and Ashleigh Snead, and executive produced by Gagan Lakhmna, Darryl Gariglio, Han Soto, Giles Daoust, Catherine Dumonceaux and Reddick, who is represented by Brillstein Grey Entertainment Partners.
