[Trailer] Pollyanna McIntosh's 'Darlin' Continues The Story Of 'The Woman'

Ahead of its Midwest Premiere at this year's Cinepocalypse Film Fest, Dark Sky Films has announced that Pollyanna McIntosh‘s Darlin' will be released on VOD platforms July 12th, 2019.

In this sequel to The Woman, "Found at a Catholic hospital filthy and ferocious, feral teenager Darlin’ is whisked off to a care home run by The Bishop and his obedient nuns where she is to be tamed into a “good girl.” However, Darlin’ holds a secret darker than the “sins” she is threatened with, and she is not traveling alone. The Woman (Pollyanna McIntosh of "The Walking Dead"), equally fierce and feral, who raised her is ever present and is determined to come for her no matter who tries to step in her way."

McIntosh wrote, directed and stars in the film!

Darlin' also stars Lauryn Canny (1,000 Times Good Night), Bryan Batt (12 Years a Slave), Nora-Jane Noone (The Descent) and Cooper Andrews (Shazam), as well as fellow "The Walking Dead" alumni Sabrina Gennarino and Thomas Francis Murphy.

The film is a Hood River Entertainment production with Andrew van den Houten producing and Lucky McKee and the late Jack Ketchum as executive producers.
