The horror-heavy, adult animated series "Love, Death & Robots" premiered earlier this year with some really fantastic episodes, some of which had us wishing that they were full feature films, and Deadline reports today that the series from Netflix, Tim Miller and David Fincher has been renewed for a second season!
In addition, Jennifer Yuh Nelson (Kung Fu Panda) has joined as supervising director for the second season and will oversee all episodes.
"Love, Death & Robots" showcases episodes created by different animation teams from around the world. The series features a wide breadth of genres — science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy — that house the stories told through animation styles from traditional 2D to photo-real 3D CGI.
The first season featured many horror based episodes, full of monsters and loads of the red stuff. Here's to hoping Season 2 will feature much of the same!
