The first teaser for Rob Zombie's 3 from Hell dropped yesterday, and following its release, fans have had many questions regarding various aspects of the follow up to House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects. On Facebook today, Zombie answered the top five.
We know know that the film picks up *immediately* after the events of Rejects, and Captain Spaulding will certainly be in the film.
Additionally, Zombie lets us know that we'll be receiving a longer trailer in July, with the movie being released in September. He notes that he's "not sure of exact release date yet."
As for how the Firefly gang survived the shootout at the end of Rejects...he's not disclosing any details.
In addition to the returning Sheri Moon Zombie, Sid Haig, Bill Moseley and Danny Trejo, the cast also includes Kevin Jackson, Richard Brake, Wade Williams, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Clint Howard, Pancho Moler, Emilio Rivera, Daniel Roebuck, David Ury, Sean Whalen, Dee Wallace, Bill Oberst Jr., Richard Riehle, Dot-Marie Jones and Tom Papa. Barry Bostwick and Chaz Bono have both been confirmed for cameos. 3 from Hell has been given an "R" rating by the MPAA for "strong sadistic violence, language throughout, sexual content, graphic nudity, and drug use."
