NEON and Hulu will be releasing the Abe Forsythe-directed Little Monsters later this year, and today we have an early look at the film with a hilarious new clip.
Lupita Nyong’o (Jungle Book, Jordan Peele's Us), Josh Gad (Beauty and the Beast) and Alexander England (Alien: Covenant) star in the film.
Little Monsters follows Dave (England), a washed-up musician who volunteers to chaperone his nephew’s kindergarten class field trip after taking a serious liking to the fearless schoolteacher, Miss Caroline (Nyong’o). Dave’s intentions are complicated by the presence of the world’s most famous kids’ show personality and competition for Miss Caroline’s affections, Teddy McGiggle (Gad). One thing none of them bargained for, however, is a sudden zombie outbreak.
In this first clip, Dave and Miss Caroline, along with an entire class of kindergarteners, do the conga in order to avoid a horde of zombies.
Little Monsters is being produced by Keith and Jess Calder’s Snoot Entertainment (You’re Next, The Guest, Blair Witch) and Bruna Papandrea’s Made Up Stories. The film had its World Premiere at this past January’s Sundance Film Festival.
