If I'm being honest, I haven't been excited for a new season of "American Horror Story" in a long time, FX damn sure has my attention with this year’s “American Horror Story: 1984,” which takes us back to the '80s for a slasher-themed season at the fictional Camp Redwood, a summer camp being stalked by a masked killer.
The season's official poster has been released today, and it fittingly resembles retro slasher movie VHS art! Check it out below.
The season stars Matthew Morrison, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Cody Fern, Leslie Grossman, Gus Kenworthy, and Angelica Ross.
Series regulars Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters are not expected to appear in this season.
"AHS: 1984" will premiere on Wednesday, September 18th.
