[Trailer] 'The Fare' Gets Trapped In An Endlessly Looping Ride This November

The Fare D.C. Hamilton Trailer DREAD Epic Pictures

Mashing up "The Twilight Zone" and Hitchcock with a classic noir flare, D.C. Hamilton's sophomore feature The Fare will be released in select cinemas and on Blu-ray and VOD next month courtesy of DREAD and Epic Pictures Group.

In the film, a world-weary taxi driver, and his fare find themselves trapped in an endlessly looping ride that changes their lives forever.

"When a charming woman named Penny (Brinna Kelly) climbs into his taxi, Harris (Gino Anthony Pesi) finds himself entranced. That is, right up until she disappears from the back seat without a trace. As he desperately tries to make sense of what happened, he resets his meter and is instantly brought back to the moment she first climbed into his cab. He and Penny find themselves trapped in an endlessly looping ride that changes their lives forever."

Kelly also wrote the screenplay and re-teamed with Hamilton following their work on his directorial debut The Midnight Man. Hamilton, Kelly and Pesi produced alongside Kristin Starns.

The Fare will land on Blu-ray and VOD on November 19th.
