Filming is currently underway on Damien Leone's highly-anticipated Terrifier 2, and to celebrate the start of shooting today, Leone uploaded the very first photo of David Howard Thornton back on set as Art the Clown.
Leone recently described the sequel as "the merciless, no holds barred follow-up you’ve been hoping for," and given the overwhelming success of the film's crowdfunding campaign, I'm sure we can expect a bigger, better and even gorier sequel!
Terrifier 2 will also star Lauren LaVera (Clinton Road), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), Jason Lively (Night of the Creeps) and Tamara Glynn (Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers).
In the sequel, after being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he must hunt down and destroy a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. As the body count rises, the siblings fight to stay alive while uncovering the true nature of Art's evil intent.
