[Trailer] A Werewolf Crashes A Gaming App Launch Party In 'Hunter's Moon'

Hunter's Moon Trailer Matthew Campagna

The game has no players, only prey.

After writing about Blood in the Snow's 2019 lineup earlier this morning, I found myself very intrigued by the sound of one of the films, a werewolf flick titled Hunter's Moon. Of course, I went searching for a trailer and figured I'd share it with all you Crypt Teaze readers. Check it out below!

In the film, a lavish launch party for a new gaming app "Werewolves Awaken" has all the media bigwigs in attendance. The young lead developer, August, is promoted as the star talent driving the game's launch. The festivities are interrupted by a priest who condemns the party guests as "marked for the beast."

Convinced it's a publicity stunt, the party-goers disregard the protest until a dead body is found. August finds himself caught in a real-life simulation of his game, as the killer continues murdering victims in accordance to the game’s rules. Some even believe these brutal killings are at the hands of something inhuman.

Written and directed by Matthew Campagna, who co-wrote with Rudy Jahchan, Hunter's Moon stars Steven Morana, Holly Deveaux, Ari Millen and Colm Feore.

Hunter's Moon will screen at Blood in the Snow on Sunday, November 24th at 9:30 pm. Get your tickets today!
