Back in 2016, director William Brent Bell introduced us to Brahms, the creepy doll featured in The Boy, which featured Lauren Cohan as a nanny tasked with looking after the porcelain doll. As most of you probably know, the doll was the least of her worries when she violated a list of strict rules and discovered a full-grown man living inside the walls of the house!
Next month, we'll witness a new family entering Heelshire Mansion for the sequel, Brahms: The Boy II, and today brings the arrival of the film's official trailer.
In Brahms: The Boy II, "Unaware of the terrifying history of Heelshire Mansion, a young family moves into the estate, where their young son soon makes an unsettling new friend, an eerily life-like doll he calls Brahms."
Once again directed by William Brent Bell from a screenplay by Stacey Menear, the films stars Katie Holmes, Christopher Convery, Owain Yeoman, and Ralph Ineson.
The sequel has been rated PG-13 for "violence, terror, brief strong language and thematic elements."
The producers are Lakeshore’s Tom Rosenberg, Eric Reid, Gary Lucchesi, and Richard Wright in addition to Matt Berenson, Jim Wedaa and Roy Lee.
Brahms: The Boy II will be released in theaters on February 21st via STX Entertainment.
