After a long hiatus brought on by the pandemic, Round 11 of 70000 Tons of Metal, the world’s biggest heavy metal cruise, will take place from Monday, January 30th to Friday, February 3rd, 2023!
"This edition of 70000 Tons of Metal will be the best one yet and we hope to have you on board. We will be sailing out of Miami, Florida, the cruise capital of the world, to a brand new Caribbean dream destination that we have never visited before," the official announcement revealed today.
"Stay tuned on all of our social media channels and subscribe to the 70000 Tons of Metal newsletter to get all the most up to date news! This is an event you do NOT want to miss..."
Band's have yet to be announced, but if you have any in mind that you'd like to see while sailing the high seas, you can recommend them over on the 70000 Tons forum. By signing up, you can also be among the first to hear the latest and most up to date news, search for potential cabin mates, and get in touch with the 70000 Tons of Metal community.
"We really want to know which Band's you want to see next January, so let us know! The best way to do this is post on the official 70000 Tons of Metal forum," the organizers wrote earlier this month.
Previous year's lineups have featured some of the biggest names in the metal music biz, such as Cannibal Corpse, Arch Enemy, Soulfly, Dark Funeral, Napalm Death, Septicflesh, and so many others.
Stay tuned for more updates regarding the ship, itinerary, ticket sales and artist lineup!
