A24 Has Once Again Pulled 'Saint Maud' from Release

A24 Pulls Saint Maud from Release Again

Initially pulled from its original April release and dated for July 17th, A24 just can't seem to catch a break with Rose Glass‘s religious horror Saint Maud, and have once again pulled the film from its scheduled theatrical premiere.

A new release date has yet to be revealed, with A24 now listing the film as "coming soon" on their site, which is probably for the best, being that COVID-19 cases continue to rise here in the states.

In the meantime, IFC's Relic or Magnet's Amulet should satisfy your cravings for dread-filled, unsettling horror when they're released later this month.

Saint Maud is described as "a chilling and boldly original vision of faith, madness, and salvation in a fallen world."

In the film, Maud, a newly devout hospice nurse, becomes obsessed with saving her dying patient’s soul — but sinister forces, and her own sinful past, threaten to put an end to her holy calling.

The film stars Morfydd Clark (Love & Friendship), Jennifer Ehle (The Miseducation of Cameron Post), Lilly Frazer, Lily Knight, Marcus Hutton, Turlough Convery, and Rosie Sansom.
