With 4K Ultra HD re-releases of classic horror films becoming more and more common in recent years, it's about damn time that Alfred Hitchcock's masterpieces get some well-deserved 4K love!
Today, Dawn of the Discs brings us news that Universal will soon be releasing The Alfred Hitchcock Classics Collection, a 4-film set containing some of Hitchcock's finest works, including Psycho, The Birds, Vertigo and Rear Window!
"This essential collection features hours of bonus features as well as the original uncut version of Psycho for the first time ever in 4K," Dawn of the Discs reports.
Released on home video in Germany back in 2018, the uncut version of Psycho features around 4 minutes of additional footage that was cut from the original film.
