AMC’s critically acclaimed "The Terror: Infamy", the second installment of producer Ridley Scott’s horror-tinged anthology series, arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on August 18th from Lionsgate.
In "The Terror: Infamy", "World War II-era Japanese-Americans on Southern California’s Terminal Island are menaced by a “bakemono,” or, folkloric specter. Suffering forced evictions and imprisonment after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Terminal Islanders are hounded by prejudice and injustice, as well as bad omens and bizarre deaths. One of them, Chester Nakayama, decides to take on the malevolent entity, journeying to realms of evil in both the present…and the distant past."
Co-created and executive produced by Alexander Woo ("True Blood"), Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla) and Ridley Scott, the series stars Derek Mio ("Greek", "Hawaii Five-0"), Kiki Sukezane ("Westworld", "Lost in Space), Naoko Mori (Everest, "Torchwood"), Miki Ishikawa ("The Falcon and the Winter Soldier") and George Takei ("Star Trek: The Original Series", "Heroes").
