Blackcraft Cult Unveils New Venue Relief Fund Line, Proceeds Will Directly Support Music Venues

Leave it to alternative fashion label Blackcraft Cult to once again use their power for good. Over the summer, they ran a fundraiser which collected over $166,000 for racial justice non-profits, with a shirt that simply reads “Fuck Racism.” They’ve raised money for COVID-19 relief, assistance with battling the all-encompassing wildfires which plagued Australia at the beginning of last year, and helping the city of Charlottesville recover after a neo-Nazi demonstration turned violent some years back.

This time, the focus of the relief is on live music. Venues of all sizes have felt the effects of the era of Pandemia, and with no substantial formal relief from the U.S. government, the future of live music post-pandemic is in serious jeopardy. Thus, Blackcraft have released a special edition T-shirt and hoodie, bearing their pentagram logo and the phrase “Support Live Music” on the front. The reverse side looks like a sports jersey, with “FAMILY” printed across the shoulders and the number 13 on the back.

The funds collected from the sales will go directly to venues. Owners of said venues can visit the sign-up for the relief fund, which is located here.

The T-shirt can be found here, while the pullover can be found here.
